Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments are held exclusively by reservation, with a credit card required to secure each session. Charges will only be applied to your card upon completion of services or in accordance with our cancellation policy. A 72-hour confirmation email and text will be sent prior to your appointment, followed by a 24-hour reminder. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service, while same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge. Additionally, if failure to respond or return our call within 2 hours of contact will also lead to a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment fee. To avoid any fees, please notify us in advance of any changes to your appointment.
Please keep in mind we are By Appointment Only. Even though the facility has set hours of operation, the therapists have their own working hours.
